Warranty registration is done entirely in the JETSURF app. The board ships with a "register warranty" sticker and the QR codes you need. The key thing to check at the end is the initial pairing date — that's the day your warranty starts.

Before you start

Steps

  1. 0:32 — Download the JETSURF app — App Store for Apple, Google Play for Android.
  2. 0:39 — Note the QR codes on the board: one adds the board to your garage; separate ones link to riding tips and maintenance info.
  3. 0:55 — Open the app — it opens on your garage.
  4. 1:04 — Add a board and choose the type — Surf for a surfboard (or Skate for a skateboard).
  5. 1:12 — Scan the board's QR code. The app shows your board, with a picture.
  6. 1:20 — Sign in: continue with Apple, continue with Google, or use an email and password.
  7. 1:38 — The board is added and now appears in your garage.
  8. 1:50 — Open the board (e.g. "Race DFI") to see its details — name, product type, and serial number.
  9. 2:05 — Check the initial pairing date. That date is the start of your warranty.
Tip: while you're in the app, scan the tips-and-tricks and maintenance QR codes from the board too — they load riding and care info tied to your exact model.
Caution: register before the board sits unused for long — the warranty start date is set by the initial pairing, so pair it promptly and confirm the date shown is correct. Keep the serial number on record.
Keep riding
