Watch the walkthrough

Watch on YouTube ↗ · JETSURF USA — new owner series #16 (titled "power modes on JETSURF Electric" on YouTube; the video covers the electric skateboard remote). Timestamps below follow the video's on-screen counter (0:32–0:55).

This is the JETSURF electric skateboard, not the surfboard. The sequence is the same for both the Yacht and the Race skateboards, and it all happens on the remote.

Steps

  1. 0:32 — With the board already on, wake the remote: push and hold the on/off button for about a second.
  2. 0:40 — The display comes up showing the battery level of both the board and the remote.
  3. 0:48 — Press the large button to cycle the speed mode — 1 → 2 → 3 and back around.
Tip: the mode carries over from last time, so glance at the display before you push off. Start in mode 1 on a new board or an unfamiliar surface.
Caution: change modes while stopped, not mid-ride — a jump from mode 1 to mode 3 under power is a sharp change in response. Wear your protective gear.
Keep riding
