Maintaining the Electric 2

No fuel, no spark plugs, no engine rebuild — electric maintenance is mostly the battery, the charger, and keeping salt and water out of the motor compartment. The electric guides in the library cover the get-ready routine, after-ride cleaning, storage, and battery care.

• After every ride — battery out, connectors covered, wash and flush the cooling line, open the motor compartment to dry
• Storage — storage-mode charge to ~50%, lube the connectors, battery out of the board
